Michelle Markowitz

Michelle Markowitz proudly offers over twenty-five years of service to Cardinal Cushing Centers.  Beginning in high school as a volunteer at Cushing, she has since held various positions – including Vice President of Admissions and Administration, and Chief Operating Officer – providing a broad list of skill sets that are essential to the role of President & CEO.  She is committed to leading with transparency and elevating the culture, mission and values at Cardinal Cushing Centers. 

Michelle has her Bachelors in Psychology from Bridgewater State College, Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University, Certification in Contemporary Practices in Developmental Disabilities Leadership & Management from UMass Boston’s Institute for Community Inclusion, and is on the Board of Directors at South Shore Chamber of Commerce.  She lives in a coastal town, and enjoys boating, biking and exploring the shoreline with her husband and two sons.
