Jansi Chandler

Jansi has specialized in public and private development for more than 30 years, and has been responsible for all fundraising efforts and development projects at Cushing since 2012. 

Prior to Cushing, she was the Director of Development at Grant Communications Consulting Group where she provided technical assistance in nonprofit development, specializing in capital and annual campaigns.  She was also Managing Director for Economic Development for the Boston Redevelopment Authority, and Executive Director of the Lynn (MA) Department of Community Development, where she obtained and implemented state and federal grants of more than $80 million for housing, community-and economic development programs.

Jansi has a B.A. from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from Suffolk University.  When not traveling, she enjoys rowing, golfing, and doing yoga in her hometown of Marblehead, where she lives with her husband.
