Ginger Sullivan

Ginger Sullivan has been with Cushing since 2016, and her current role aims to bring to life Cushing’s core values while ensuring best practices and championing growth and innovative programs. Prior to this, Ginger served as Vice President of Adult Services, and Associate Vice President of Residential Student Services. Before Cushing, Ginger worked for 17 years at New England Villages as the Director of Residential and Admissions. Within current and previous roles, Ginger has extensive knowledge in programmatic, financial and administrative operations of residential and day services, as well as program development, coordination of medical services, transition, community mental health care, education, and Human Resources experience. Ginger has a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Education and a Masters of Business Administration.  Outside of work, Ginger enjoys exploring new places, all things music and movement, and trying to keep up with her young daughter.
