Today we highlight Cushing’s culinary building and the staff it requires to feed hundreds of students, adults and staff per day. Many of the employees of the Culinary Department are adults enrolled in South Shore Industries, a division of Cushing that provides adults with the training and assistance they need to work in the community, or are prior Cushing graduates. Bon Appetit!
