Professional Development Seminar for Special Education Administrators and Educators – Planning For Student Transitions

The ability to support students as they transition out of school to adult life is a foundational element of our work in supporting individuals with disabilities. This professional development will give a foundational understanding of the transition process and provide educators with an opportunity to learn more about instructional design to support the skills necessary for transition.
